Well, this is the final stretch… the last ten days of Interrupt. I’m excited to see what these next few days bring. Finishing strong is important to me and I hope to you too.
Here are some questions I’m thinking about as we head into these last days:
1. Am I more aware of God’s daily interruptions? If I’m not, how can I be?
2. Is there a “major” life interruption that God is leading me to?
3. How is God moving me out of my comfort zone? Are there comfort areas I’m still holding onto?
I’d love for you to pick one of these questions and answer them in the comments. Looking forward to hearing your answers.

I don’t have an answer for #2, but #1 and #3 scream at me. I don’t think I notice God’s little interruptions nearly enough. I just need to slow down in general. As far as my comfort zone, that’s also a big something that God’s always pushing me towards in little ways.
I attempted to get to this yesterday, but the “interruptions” were so numerous, that I did not get the opportunity!
I will tell you that, before I began the “interrupt” jouney with you, I viewed my daily “interruptions” as mostly negative, merely spiritual warfare attempting to keep me from my daily responsibilities. I now look at my “interrupts” in a new light. These could, very well, be Godly attempts to get my attention! I Thank You For That! We are constantly bombarded with information telling us that our “Attitudes” are what can make or break us. I now have a new attitude towards the challenges that come up during the day.
As for a “major” life interruption-I do believe that I, personally, am being led towards something “major”, or I would not have come upon your “interrupt” journey.
I feel that “comfort zones” are a constant in our walk. When we step out into something new, or uncomfortable, we are walking in Faith. If we are on the right road (God inspired), the feelings of apprehension will eventually disappear. Because our lives are ever-changing, we will be constantly led into a new situation. We will find a “comfort zone” within this new place, but will be called, once again, to move forward in God’s designed plan for us.
My daily devotional from June 16th-What I require of you is to act justly, to live mercy, and to walk humbly with Me-wherever I lead. (Eph 2:10, Micah 6:8)
