  Thank you again Nicki for your wonderful pod casts. This is so timely for me cause my heart has been very heavy lately and to help I have started to walk 3 times a week. I sometimes listen to my music, or your podcasts or a teaching from Proverbs 31 ministries but whatever I am doing while I am walking I feel like I spending quality time with God. I am more aware of my surroundings and don’t laugh I talk out loud with God…thankfully Noone can hear me. I can’t wait for next week podcast. Thank you for all you do.

• My heart is feeling so heavy. The world, but more than that, our daughter and son in law lost their baby girl this past January. The weight of it all brings me so much anxiety. Although it’s been months since losing sweet Zola, I’m feeling it more than ever in these recent days.

  Quiet time and intimacy with God has brought me some peace, but I’m still left with a lot of uneasiness at times. I’m working on being more intentional about my prayer time with Him.
