Today begins our first #SummerStory15 blog/photo link up! At the end of this post you’ll see the link-up tool. You can post a picture or a link to your blog post.
If you aren’t participating in this series, I think you’ll still enjoy reading these posts. 🙂 And you can still participate by using the hashtag: #SummerStory15 so we can see your summer pictures!
It’ll be fun.
Our summer has been a little all over the place so far. I know it takes awhile to get into a summer rhythm so I’m giving myself some grace and time to do this.
Writing your first book while your kids and their many friends are out of school and swimming in your pool and eating all your food [wink] makes it a little hard to focus.
Really, I just want to go lay by the pool too!
But I’m so thankful for these days that seem to offer more laughing than fighting and where there’s more staying than going.
And I’m also thankful for friends who convince you to take the afternoon off from writing to make something pretty …
A little pretty goes a long way in the summer. For the house and for the soul.
Herman, the pug, thinks so too …
Okay, here’s the link-up for your Summer Story 2015 posts. Remember, this is your story, your summer, your posts. So make them as “you” as you want.
I can’t wait to read what your summer is looking like so far!
