Hi Nicki – I have clicked on the link for the free downloadable (I need this to help to sort out my cluttered working day!) and it takes me to the newsletter sign-up but when I complete it, it (correctly) tells me that I’ve already signed up, but then doesn’t give me a way to download the printable. Hopefully this can be fixed!
